the hotel didn't provide complimentary water in the fridge. i could purchase it downstairs, but i've never stayed in a hotel with no free water.

the receptionist was informative about restaurant opening times. he also acknowledged my club membership. the room was perfectly prepared. surprisingly, i barely heard any noise, despite the hotel's nearness to the airport.

The bus, meant to take guests to terminals, was full. many passengers could not board. This created a problem. i understand that the hotel does not operate this service, though its location requires an efficient transport system. the bar staff also failed to apply the happy hour discount.

billing issue

there was an issue with the bill in the restaurant the bill stated no service charge was paid however a service charge had been added it took about ten minutes to resolve this issue it was not just me questioning the bill
